Most roof leaks in Malaysia don't drip where the water gets in. Rain runs down a slope, along a batten, under the sarking, and shows up as a ceiling stain two metres from the actual hole. That's why a patch on the stain rarely lasts — and why we start every job on the roof, not under it.
Our crews work the Klang Valley daily: Subang Jaya, Petaling Jaya, Klang, Shah Alam, Puchong, Cheras and the rest of KL. Terrace houses with 30-year-old concrete genting, semi-Ds with rusted zinc, condos with failed flat-roof membranes, shoplots with metal deck — we've been on all of them.
What a proper roof leak repair looks like
- Inspection first. The roofer goes up with a camera and traces the water path. You get photos of what's wrong before you get a price.
- Fix the cause. Cracked tiles, failed flashing around the chimney or aircond pipe, screws backed out of a metal deck, a valley gutter that's rusted through, ridge mortar gone — each needs a different fix. Silicone over everything is not a fix.
- Test it. A hose test after the repair, while the roofer is still on site.
- Warranty it. Workmanship warranty in writing. Waterproofing coatings carry a product warranty on top.

Common questions
How fast can someone come out for a roof leak?
For an active leak in the Klang Valley we aim for a same-day visit if you call before mid-afternoon; otherwise first thing next morning. Storm periods get busy, so call as early as you can.
Do you charge for the inspection?
Inspection and a leak-source report is RM150–300 depending on roof size and access, and it is waived against the repair if you go ahead. You get photos of the problem either way.
Can you repair a roof in the rain?
We can make it safe in the rain — tarp, temporary seal, clear a blocked gutter — but a permanent repair needs a dry surface. We'll come back to finish as soon as the roof is dry, usually the same or next day.
Which roof types do you repair?
Concrete and clay tiles (genting), metal deck, zinc, PU-foam sandwich panels, asbestos-cement sheet (repair and replacement), polycarbonate awnings, and flat RC roofs and car porches (waterproofing).
Is the work guaranteed?
Yes. Every repair carries a written workmanship warranty, and waterproofing coatings carry the manufacturer's product warranty on top. If the same point leaks again inside the warranty, we come back and fix it.
