What we can do in the rain
A permanent repair needs a dry surface, and a Klang Valley storm doesn't offer one. What we can do straight away:
- Tarp and secure a damaged area so no more water gets in.
- Temporary seal on a failed flashing or a cracked tile with an emergency sealant that will hold until the proper repair.
- Clear the gutter or valley that's causing the overflow — this fixes more "emergencies" than anything else.
- Re-fix a lifted sheet before the next gust takes it into the neighbour's car.
- Make it safe: loose tiles, hanging gutter, damaged fascia over a walkway.
Then the proper fix
Once the roof is dry — usually next morning — we come back, inspect properly, and quote the permanent repair. The emergency call-out is credited against it.
Insurance claims
If you're claiming on home insurance for storm damage, you'll need photos of the damage before and after, and an itemised quote. We provide both as standard. Take your own photos too, before we tarp it.

Common questions
Is there an emergency call-out charge?
Yes — a call-out fee covers getting a crew to you outside the normal schedule, typically RM200–400 depending on time and distance. It is credited against the permanent repair if you go ahead with us.
Do you work at night?
We take calls until 10pm and will attend into the evening for active leaks where it's safe to be on the roof. We won't put a crew on a wet, dark, pitched roof; we'll tarp from a ladder and come back at first light.
